Josephine Swirple Fawley, born January 20, 1916 in Pierce, West Virginia, passed August 2, 2013 in Michigan City, Indiana at the age of 97.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charley. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Surviving are son Charles (Teresa), granddaughter Carrie, great-grandchildren Tyler, Alexis and Abigail, brothers Walter, Steve and James Swirple and sister Helen (Walter) Dean and many, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Monday 4-8pm. Funeral Tuesday 10am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill), Garden City. Interment to follow at Cadillac Memorial Gardens in Westland.
