Beloved daughter of the late Russell & Florence Halley. Adored sister of Marilyn Patsy (Adam) Olweean. She will be dearly missed by many other family and friends.

Joyce could light up a room, a ray of sunshine when she entered. She was very loving and caring and had a sense of humor that kept everyone going. An artist, homemaker, animal lover and personal chef who was always decorating, helpful and mostly a caregiver of all.
