Born in Mayfield, KY, on December 23, 1945 to Elmo and Wanda Lock. The first of three children. Judy grew up in Clinton, KY and moved to Garden City, MI as a young girl. She met the love of her life, David Norris, at Radcliff Junior High School, in Garden City and they wed a few years after they graduated from Garden City East High School. They had three boys, who were Judy's pride and joy. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family. Judy went to school and became a licensed beautician. After her boys were all in school, she worked for Garden City Public Schools and retired from there before moving to Lambertville, MI. She was a devout Christian and an amazing cook. Judy loved animals… especially, her beloved dog Mick. Time spent with her family and friends meant the most to her and being in Kentucky is what made her the happiest. She had a kind caring heart and a smile that would light up a room. She was a friend to anyone who met her and will be missed deeply.
