Beloved wife of the late Will Allen and Paul Isenegger. Loving mommy of Tina Wing, Donald Allen, Nancy (Billy Kidd) Allen, and Sherry Allen. Cherished Grandma of J.R. (Rachel), Justina (Jeff), and Bella. Adored great-grandma of 3 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandma of 2. Dear sister of Patricia Johnson. Justine was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Wilber Moody, and her siblings Verble, Joseph, Thomas, Audrey, and Betty. She was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many family members and friends.
