Larry Savage, age 67, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, lost his courageous battle with esophageal cancer on March 7, 2012. Larry was born in Altus, Oklahoma on October 4, 1944, and grew up in Arvada, Colorado. Larry was married to his high school sweetheart and loving wife, Irene, for over 43 years. Larry is survived by his wife, two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Melissa, and two adorable grandsons, Bridger and Cannon. Also, his father Marlon, stepmother Willie Mae, loving siblings, Jan, Gayle, and Beverly, and many loving nieces, nephews and other family. He was preceded in death by his mother Winona and brother David. Larry retired from Ford Motor Company after 37 years. He was an inspiration to us all and will be greatly missed. LIVESTRONG.
