Leon "Lee" Vincent Skalski.Lee passed away on August 8, 2023. He was the beloved husband to Lillian F. Skalski for 66 years. Loving father of Paul (Ann Marie) Skalski and Sandra (Brian) Marshall.Cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Nick) Bury, Sarah (Mike) Leja, Anthony (Lauren) Riccio, Thor Skalski, Christopher (Clare) Marshall, Genna Skalski and Julia Marshall.Dearest great grandfather of Noah, Mason and Caiden Bury, Benjamin and Maxwell Leja and Josephine, Elliott, and Cecilia Riccio.Brother to the late Edward (Dorothy) Skalski and the late Conrad (Joyce) Skalski.Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Lee retired from General Motors at age 53 and enjoyed 36 years of retirement.His hobbies included camping, traveling, racquetball, and reading.He also enjoyed fixing things around the house, tinkering with cars and had quite a large collection of tools.Lee was a long-time parishioner of St. Albert the Great where he served as a Eucharistic Minister and lector.
