Leonard J. LaBuda. Age 88. Passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016.Beloved husband of Olanda LaBuda. Loving dad of Kevin LaBuda and Mike (Lynn) LaBuda. Cherished grandpa of Devin, Emily, Olanda and Samantha. Leonard served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a proud member of the Class of 1943 Henry Ford Trade school. He was employed at Ford Motor Company for 35 years. Leonard was a mentor to children. He enjoyed teaching children to read. He was also an avid duck carver.

Visitation on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home. Instate 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 4855 Parker Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m.
