Leroy Kilgore III. Age 76. Leroy passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023. Beloved husband of Bonnie Kilgore. Loving dad of Jennifer (Gary) Radomski and Melissa Kilgore. Cherished papa of Gary Lee and Chloe. Dear son of the late Leroy J. and Gladys M. Kilgore. Dearest brother of Carol (Kenny) Davern and Steve (Joy) Kilgore. Honorary papa of Sabrina, Katelynn and Xavier.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Service at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will continue after the Service until 8:00 p.m.

Leroy served in the United State Army during the Vietnam Era. He then attended college and trade school. He spent many years educating himself in metal model making and becoming a journeyman. With these special skills he was able to have a career in metal model making that he loved! He was involved in many amazing projects such as the designing of the Hummers for the military and the vehicles used in the movie Jurassic Park. Above all, Leroy was a dedicated family man. He loved spending time with his wife and daughters and especially his grandchildren and his dog, Watson. He and his family shared many trips Up North to their condo on Lake Huron. He leaves his family with many wonderful memories to cherish.
