Livia Dobrin Age 85
Beloved wife of the late Victor. Dear mother of Liviu (Larisa) and Victor Jr. Grandmother of Ana-Maria and Alexandru. Great grandmother of Melina and Iliana.
Livia died peacefully at home, surrounded by her two sons. She was born in Arpasu de Jos, Romania, where she worked as a postal clerk. She came to the US in 1993 and became a US citizen a day before her passing. She will always be remembered for her unconditional love, can-do spirit, optimism and compassion.
In state Friday 2:00pm with a 7:30pm Saracusta at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill). In state Saturday 8:30am followed by the 11am Funeral Service at Dormition of the Mother of God Monastery, 3389 Rives Eaton Rd., Rives Juction, MI..
Lunch will be served at the Monastery after interment.
