Lorraine Hartlep, age 84, November 8, 2013.
Beloved mother of Kurt (Janet), Janet (Patrick) Domenick, Linda (Anthony) Durkacs, Douglas (Linda) and John (Anita). Grandmother of 12. Proceeded in death by her brother Frederick Osada. Survived by sister-in-law Annette Osada.
Visitation Monday 2-8pm. Funeral Tuesday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill), Garden City. Memorials suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
