Louis "Lank" Perry, Sr. September 8, 2016. Age 71.

Beloved husband of Tearetha for 51 years. Loving father of Janis, Eric, Marvin and the late Louis Jr. Dearest grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Richard (Eliza) Perry, Jr., Barbara Underwood, Mary (Willie) McDaniels, Helen Perry and Delores Collier. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends, especially Mike Mellon.

He dearly loved his church, Greater Than Dreams, of Wayne, Michigan. He always greeted everyone with a smile and a peppermint candy. Louis loved to build on things, so much that he earned the nickname "Noah". He also loved to break bread with his family and friends. He truly will be missed by all.

Visitation Thursday from 3-8 pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford and Cherry Hill). Mr. Perry will be in state on Friday at 10:30 am until time of the funeral service at 11 am at Greater Than Dreams Church, 35118 W. Michigan Ave., Wayne (Just West of Wayne Rd.).
