Beloved husband of the late Glenna. Loving father of Jeanne Merchant and Glenna (Scott) Yaroch. Cherished grandfather of Walter (Jen), David (Allison), Laura, Matthew (Lauren), Kimberly, and Scott L. Adored great-grandfather of Emilie, Lily, Leah, and Aubrey. The family would like to thank Lou's faithful caregivers and friends from Home Instead, especially Brenda, Jessica, Nancy, Leo, Cindy, Daniel, Glenda, Bonita, and Linda.

Visitation Thursday 4 pm – 8 pm with a 7 pm Scripture Service at John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Road, Garden City. (Between Ford Road and Cherry Hill.) In state Friday 10:30am until the 11am Funeral Service at St. Sabina Catholic Church, 25605 Ann Arbor Trail (between Inkster & Telegraph).
