Margaret Breil was a kind and quiet person who dedicated her life to her family and her hobbies.  She was born in Chatham, Ontario, Canada in 1924 and moved to Michigan as a child.  She graduated from River Rouge High School in 1942; and worked during WWII at the Willow Run Airport.  After her 1944 marriage to George in San Francisco, California where he was stationed in the US Marine Corp, Margaret became a dedicated home room mother participating in many school activities when her children were young.  She was a good seamstress making many clothes for her children as well as many handmade Halloween costumes over the years.  She worked as a secretary at Church of the Good Shepherd in Dearborn Heights for many years as well as being on the alter guild and supporting all church activities.  Margaret loved to work with ceramics and also had amazing basket weaving skills.  Along with her husband, she was part of a weekly square-dancing club for years.  Margaret and George were one of the first to volunteer at Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village when volunteers were requested.  She continued to volunteer there into her 90's.

She is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Her ashes will be placed in the Memorial Garden at Christ Episcopal Church, Dearborn, MI
