Maria Natividad Santana de Benitez. Age 87, of Michoacan (Mexico), went to heaven on April 15, 2015. She was married to Juan Diego Benitez.She was preceded in death by her loving husband Juan, her cherished children David Salvador and Irma Avelina, and one grandson. Maria is survived by 9 children:John (Maggie), Jack (Judy), Mary (Tony), Rosi, Michael (Stacey), Gabriel (Anne), Ricky (Brenda), Rosary (Christian), and Ralph (Caroline).She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren whom brought her much joy, happiness, and pride.

Visitation at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m. Instate 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 20, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1721 Junction Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48209 until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
