Mary Belcher, 95, of Canton MI passed away on Sept 4, 2023. She was born on Oct 7, 1927 in Detroit. She was the loving wife to the late Doyle, and mother to Kevin (Leslie) Belcher of Canton, MI and the late Martin. Beloved grandmother to Jeffrey (Stephanie) Belcher and Jennifer (Dave) Sadler and cherished great-grandma to Charlotte, Madeline, Daphne, Evelyn, and Carson. Mary enjoyed spending time with her extended family, including many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and long-time family friends.

Mary spent most of her life in Michigan, raising her family and staying active in church and the square dancing community. She enjoyed playing games like dominos, Yahtzee, and rummy, and maybe sometimes took a flexible approach to the rules in order to ensure her own victory. She loved attending live music events in the park, dancing, and traveling around Michigan and to places like Colorado, Branson MO, and Arizona. She loved dining out and was always up for a nice restaurant meal. She lived life to the fullest, intimately knowing how precious our time on Earth is. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. To know Mary was to love her.

Visitation will be Sunday 3pm - 7pm with the Funeral Service Monday at 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home in Garden City, MI.
