Mary Ann Makowski, age 77, April 4, 2014. Cherished wife of Thomas for 54 years. Adored mother of Susan (Thomas) Kopeck, David (Barbara), Thomas (Maribeth), Michael (Holly) and Matthew (Kimberly) and grandmother of Bryan, Jennifer, Christine, Daniel, Allison, Kyle, Tyler, Nathan, Abigail, Meredith, Emily, Madeline, Colter and Logan. Beloved sister of Karl (Patti) Kakaley, Theresa (Joseph) Tucker, and the late Joseph Kakaley and Margaret Chmielewski. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann retired from Ford Motor Co. in 1997 after 42 years as a secretary and salaried payroll clerk. We were blessed to have her in our lives and she will live in our memories forever.

Visitation Monday 5-8 pm and Tuesday 1-8 pm with an evening scripture service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster (between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill).  In state Wednesday 9am until a 9:30am funeral Mass at the Church of the Divine Child, 1055 N. Silvery Lane at Wilson in Dearborn. Memorials suggested to Angela Hospice, Livonia, MI and to the Alzheimer's Association
