Mary Shady Age 92
Beloved mother of Michael (Elaine), Carol (the late Carl) Coon and the late Alex (Cindy) and Jimmy. Grandmother of Debbie (Pat) Pearson, Lori Shady, Carl Coon Jr., Kathy Shady, Jeffrey (Megan) Shady, Traci (Steve) Yoho and Lynnette Shady. Great grandmother of 14. Sister of Jenny Costa.
Mary was one of 15 children. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for her family. She was an avid reader and loved watching old movies. She was a Dearborn Michigan resident for 72 years.
Visitation Sunday 1-8pm with the funeral service Monday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill.)
Family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Salvation Army.
