Maurice Chateauvert, age 89, December 6, 2013.
Beloved husband of Rita for 67 years. Dear father of Denise (Donald) Kaetz, Rick (Cathy) and Michelle (Byron) Davis. Grandfather of Chris (Paul) Smokovitz, Drew Kaetz, Matt, Heather (Joe) Hess, Cody, Jessica and Courtney and Carley Davis. Great-grandfather of Emily, Brayden, Paige and Tanner. Also survived by Cyndi Chateauvert.
Visitation Sunday 3-8pm with a 7pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill), Garden City. In-state Monday 9:30am until a 10am Funeral at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 31530 Beechwood (at Merriman Road, 2 blocks north of Ford Road).
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
