Born in Detroit, Mike cherished his family above all else and found joy in helping others. He loved showing his loved ones around all his favorite spots, whether it was a beloved pizza place or places filled with memories from his youth. Known for his love of Christmas pranks and for putting dollar bills in birthday cards, Mike was passionate about fast cars, loud music, and engaging in playful debates about aliens and whether chili is a soup. He enjoyed life to the fullest, always ready to share an inappropriate joke.

Beloved husband of the late Debi Bazman, Mike was also the dear father of Alisha (Denny) Farrer, Erica (Benjamin) Bazman, and Justin (Emily) Bazman, and loving grandfather of Finley and Faith Sweet. He was a devoted big brother to Jeffrey (Stacy) Bazman and William (Kimbrely) Bazman. Mike cherished his late mother Andrea Roe and late sister Crystal Roe. He was a cherished significant other to Shirley Hutzman-Haase and a special friend to many.

In memory of Debi, he kept penguin figurines all over his home and visited the zoo annually to be surrounded by penguins, keeping her spirit close. During football season, he was dedicated to his team and was not to be disturbed. He also loved checking out antique and thrift stores for unique toys and Hot Wheels.

Mike's life was a testament to love, laughter, and helping those around him. He was strong, compassionate, wise, dependable, loving, and incredibly generous. He will forever be remembered and missed by all of those who love him.
