Obituary

Norman "Namy" Forge, 75, a loving son, sibling, uncle, and friend, has passed away. He was the beloved son of Haj Mohamed and Minnie Forge, and the brother of Faye (Saad), Alex, Albert, Marion (Samhat), Suzzane (Douglas), and Ednan. His life was defined by compassion, care, and calmness — qualities he offered generously to family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know him.

A proud graduate of Fordson High School, Norman was a dedicated wrestler before attending Eastern Michigan University. He went on to become a successful businessman, first owning the Wine Cask and later founding the PX Sports Bar and Grill.

Norman made his home in Fairlane East and was a valued member of the Dearborn community. As a former member of the Dearborn Optimist Club, he gave generously of his time, assisting with golf outings and contributing to the annual Respect for Law Enforcement event at the Dearborn Inn.

He will be remembered as a kind and good man, a loving family member, a loyal friend, and a steady, caring presence whose integrity and thoughtfulness touched the lives of those around him.
