Nancy R. Beasley, age 76, of Dearborn/Dearborn Heights, passed away on May 8, 2024.She was the daughter of the late Donald and R. Marie (Clayton) Beasley and sister to the late Kenneth Beasley.Though long retired, she was a beloved teacher in the Wayne-Westland Schools.
Nancy was an accomplished pianist and learned to play the hammered dulcimer.She loved traveling, collecting antiques, reading, and playing games and cards.
She had a quick sense of humor and loved entertaining friends, planning every detail of a party and preparing fabulous meals.
While she will be missed by family and her many friends, there is comfort in knowing she is finally free from pain. Nancy's life was celebrated on May 14, 2024. She will be laid to rest next to her family at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia.Donations in her memory can be made to the Dearborn Animal Shelter where she once volunteered via metrodetroitanimals.org
