Age 83

Beloved husband of Shirley for 55 years.  Dear father of Bill (Dawn) and the late Kathy.  Loving and adored grandfather of Devon, Joshua and Michael.

Orv was a no frills, direct, to the point man.  His heart was big enough to make sure everyone was taken care of . The most selfless man to ever meet.  A truly great man.  He retired from General Motors as a Tool & Die maker and went on to live a long healthy life with almost no suffering.  A Sargent in the Army during the Korean Conflict, a 33 degree Master Mason, a lifetime member of the VFW are just a few of his accomplishments. His relationships were few and strong.

Visitation Monday 1:30pm followed by the 5pm Funeral service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill).
