Age 88

Beloved wife of the late Henry Clay Collins and the late Richard Kleczynski. Dear mother of David, and the late Stephen Kleczynski. Loving grandmother and step-grandmother of several. Sister of Sam (Cheryl) Vogel, Jeanette Pritt, and the late Sally Vogel, and Margie (Jim) Cagle.

Per Patricia request, cremation has taken place, and a memorial service may be held at a later date. Patricia lived her life with kindness, courage, grace, and dignity. A unique individual who often marched to her own drummer.
