Patricia A. (Moore) Jablonski Age 85 passed away peacefully on September 18, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her son Peter, granddaughter Julia and sister Ella Ree Baer. Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Walter; children, Tom, Bill (Barbie), Martha (Jim) Slubowski and Jason (Veronica); grandchildren Melissa (John) LeAnnais, Christy (Chris) Popma, Greg, Tim, Owen, Madalyn, Faith, Adam; and great-grandchildren, Landon & Dylan.

Patricia lived a full life: she earned her pilot's license in the 1940's, advocated for the founding of and became a tireless volunteer for the ARC of Western Wayne County, drove a bus and worked in the lunchroom for Garden City Schools, camped (with 4 kids and an infant!) as a family, with the Potluckers and rallied with the GMC Great Lakers, volunteered with Special Olympics, learned broadcasting and did program work at the local Comcast station, learned to play the dulcimer and had many artistic endeavors: sewing, china and tole painting, creating stained glass pieces, wreath and floral arrangments among myriad other crafts. She always had time to stop and talk and made many friends.

Visitation Sunday 2-8pm with Funeral service Monday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu and Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd. Garden City (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).
