Age 73

Beloved husband of Judith Brown, loving father of Lucinda and Charles Johnson and Richard Brown. Cherished Paw (grandfather) of Claude James, Steffean Lyle, Christian Mikel, Blaine Charles and Colton Lyle and (Great Grandfather) Paw to Lyle Jackson. Beloved brother of Mary Elizabeth Adkins, Joseph Edward Brown, Roger Douglas Brown, Johnny Mack Brown and Diana Gail McGibbeny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Phillip was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Harriet Brown, father, Wayne Brown, brothers, Wayne Jackson (Jack) Brown, James Carl Brown, sisters, Cordelia Ann Mickler and Elenor Jean Barr.
