Ralph passed quietly in his sleep at the age of 90.  Beloved husband of the late Geraldine (1970-1994) and Joyce (1959-1960). Dear step-father of Janet (Eric) Wigner and James Hall. Loving son of the late Robert and Lillian (nee: Pfaff) Pomeroy.

Ralph attended Detroit Public Schools, graduating from Cooley High School in 1952. He proudly served in the US Army. After the service he started working in the banking, small loan industry credit unions. First at Industrial National Bank, then General Finance, followed by Associates Finance. He was the General Manager at Parkway Federal Credit Union for 23 years.

Ralph enjoyed bowling and bowled for many years on teams on the west side of Detroit. He loved the game of Golf. With his associates and friends since 1958, they would go down south in the winters for a week playing 36 holes a day. Fishing was most enjoyable with dad catching Bluegills on a long cane pole, catching perch on Black Lake, and catching pan fish on Half Moon Lake. We would then have a late night fish dinner at the cottage he owned for 40 years.

Ralph was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Cremation took place privately. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
