Beloved husband of the late Stella. Loving father of Kathleen (Patrick) Tapper, Raymond Jr. (Nancy), Cheryl (Ahmad) Hazime, and Michael (Annette). Dear friend of Sandra Hebert. Cherished grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 5. Dear brother of Orville and Bill Garlow.
Memorial Visitation 2pm until a 5pm Memorial Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).
Family suggests memorials to the Parkinson's Foundation.
