Age 84.

Beloved husband of Mary for 60 years. Loving dad of Karyn (Jeffrey) Fisher and Timothy. Dear son of the late Stanley and Josephine. Cherished brother of the late Robert (Gloria). He was very dearly loved and will be missed by many family members and friends.

Richard worked at the former Farmer Jack’s Grocery Stores, Hoskin’s Manufacturing Company, and retired from Aunt Millie’s (Schaefer) Bakeries.

He was a member of American Legion Post 364 Fort Dearborn, Dearborn, Michigan and the VFW Post 78 Romulus, Michigan.

Visitation, Thursday, October 22, 2026, 3-7pm. Funeral Service, Friday, October 23, 2026, 1pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son, Inc., 1139 N. Inkster Road, Garden City (between Ford Road and Cherry Hill).

Luncheon to follow at DeLuca’s Restaurant, 27424 W. Warren, Westland, MI. (Corner of Warren and Inkster).
