IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Richard "Lefty"
Frizzell
February 18, 1956 – January 27, 2023
The world has lost some of its light now that Richard Frizzell has gone to be with the Lord. He spent his whole life making sure everyone around him was taken care of, dropping whatever he was doing to help in any way he could.
He was brought home by James and Norma (Runyon) and got special love from his Grandpa and Granny Frizzell. A football star, he won Most Cheerful at Riverside High School (where he met his first wife Deborah), became fast friends with everyone at Airborne Express (where he met his second wife Nancy), and helped people constantly with his home improvement business (which he shared with one of his best friends Mark Roberts). He was proud to keep these friendships from his youth, high school days, and beyond.
You could also often find him Up North. Maybe with his buddies watching football and playing cards. Or taking his sons and grandsons hunting. Or swimming in McCoy Lake with his dogs.
Nothing brought Richard more joy than spending time with his siblings Debbie, Barbara, Jimmy, and Troy, four children, Richard Jr., Stacey (Aaron), Jesse (Lisa), and Brooke (Francis) and his 6 grandchildren Aaron II, Anthony, Sophia, Adam, Lennox, and Maddox. He made sure to attend any event in their lives, big or small, and he probably made his famous ribs to celebrate.
He and his delicious cooking, wonderful sense of humor, and loving personality will be missed dearly.
