Age 84

Beloved husband of the late Ann.  Dear dad of Michael (Lisa), Terrie (Tim) Colombe and the late Joseph.  Cherished grandpa of Rebecca, Renee, and Isabella.  Dear brother of Kathleen (Victor) Domitrz and Thomas.  He was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Oz grew up in Wyandotte, Michigan and graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School. He went into the United States Air Force right after graduation to serve his country. Oz married the love of his life, Ann, in 1960 and raised their three children together. He was a devout Catholic and attended Mass at St Thomas the Apostle on a regular basis up until his death. Oz worked for General Motors for thirty years before retirement. He was an active member of the Garden City Knights of Columbus. An avid bowler for decades, in his later years he enjoyed walking in the mall to stay in shape.

Visitation Wednesday from 2-8pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City. In state Thursday 9:30am until the 10 am Funeral Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 31530 Beechwood (at Merriman Road, 2 blocks north of Ford Rd.).

The family suggests memorials to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.
