Richard Konieczny.Age 76. Richard passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Veronica Reynard Konieczny. Dearest son of the late Bennie and Stella Konieczny. Dear brother of the late Anthony Konieczny, the late Virginia Cox, Dorothy (Bill) Donley, and Elaine (Bernard) Hain. Richard is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews especially Lauren, Caleb, and Jacob Sturgill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or to the National Kidney Foundation.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home. In state 11:30 a.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 3965 Merrick Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 12:00 p.m.
