Robert A. Caruana "Bob". Age 65. Bob passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Beloved son of Eugenia Wistinghausen and the late Pius Caruana. Loving partner in life to Christine. Cherished brother of Tom (Debbie), Tony (Janice) and Lisa (Leo) Luce. Dearest uncle of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and a friend to all!
Bob Caruana served honorably for the United States Postal Service for over 20 years.In is his free time he enjoyed taking care of and showing off his 1967 Ford Mustang and ensuring every generation of his family knew how to clean his gutters.For years Bob played basketball and transitioning his passion to coaching the younger generations. This transition left a lasting impact on generations of basketball players to come. As years passed, his passion for antique collecting grew. His house slowly turned into a museum, showing off all his amazing historical finds. Bob also expressed himself through his writing of short stories and screenplays. His ability to make the words jump off the page and recreate history from his past experience was unmatched. Bob truly brought a smile to everyone's face, his kind soul and smart jokes will be missed by family, friends, and all those who knew Bob Caruana.
