Age 84 passed away January 26, 2016 at the Villages Regional Hospital, The Villages, FL.

Beloved husband of Joyce Rusaw for 63 years. Dear father of Richard (Mary Prather) Rusaw of Chapin, SC; Katherine (the late Robert) Lambert of Spring Hill, FL; Yvonne (the late Terrence) Kaczmarek of Garden City, MI; Renee (Robert) Miller of Maybee MI and Robert (Sue) Rusaw, Jr. of Dearborn Heights MI. Loving grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 9. Dear brother of Shirley Weber of Zephyrhills, FL. He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Penny.

Born in Detroit, he was a son of the late William and Laura Rusaw. Robert was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement he worked for Sun Strand Aviation, Colorado. He loved the mountains and built his own cabin at Storm Mountain. He was a craftsman making stained glass and model airplanes. He enjoyed camping and boating with his family. He and Joyce enjoyed square dancing.

Memorial gathering Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:30am followed by the 1pm Memorial Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill).
