Obituary

(Ret. USMC)  Age 80

Beloved husband of Patricia for 54 years.  Loving brother of Maria Velia (Jesse) Soria, Maria L. (Lupe) Galan, Ruben (Gayle), Raul (Rose-Marie) and Violeta (Ernesto Lebron)  Rodriguez.  He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by many, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins,family members and friends.

He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corp for 18 years serving in the Korea and Vietnam.  He was the past commander of AmVets Post 45 and a member in good standing of American Legion Post 505.  Receiving 3 Purple Hearts, A Bronze Star and the Cross of Galantry with the Silver Star are among many of his awards.

Visitation Saturday 3-8pm and Sunday 1-8pm with 6:30pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).  In state Monday 9:30am followed by the 10am Funeral Service at Church of the Divine Child, 1055 N. Silvery Lane at Wilson in Dearborn.

Memorials may be made for Masses or the Capuchins.
