Theresa Mary Deral. Age 87. Theresa passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Walter R. Deral. Loving mother of Michelle A. (Brad) Rose and Kevin M. (Sue) Deral. Cherished grandma of Kevin M. (Lisa) Deral and Donna Marie (Austin) Senical. Great Grandma of Pryce M., Isaac B., Christine M. and Wyatt J. Dearest Daughter of the late Simon and Mary Rzucidlo. Dear sister of the late Jan, Irene and Richard. Treasured aunt of Robbie Dei.

Theresa worked as a General Merchandiser for K-Mart for many years. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and knitting. She could often be found with a book in her hand, and she couldn't resist a jigsaw puzzle! Her biggest enjoyment in life was her family. She loved spending time with her husband, Walter. They were on a bowling league together for many years. At the age of 85, Theresa was still making trips to the bowling alley to play a few games!

She loved her family dearly. She enjoyed trips to visit her grandchildren. She will be missed by all of her family, including her four-legged grandbaby, Sadie May.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. There will be a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Instate 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (formerly known as St. Sebastian Catholic Church), 3965 Merrick Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m.
