Thomas F. Collins "Tom". Age 76. Tom passed away on Thursday June 13, 2024. Tom is survived by his beloved, Sandra Baker. Loving father of Sherrie (Danny) Perrine and Charleen (Steve) Thompson. Cherished papa of April (Paul) Bertasio, Tabby (Axel) Calzadillas, Nick Perrine, Tyler Thompson and Brianna Thompson. Great Papa of Paul, Natalie, Ava, Axel, Aubree and Hailey. Dearest son of the late Joseph and Helen Collins. Dear brother of the late William, Jackie, Dave, John, Daniel, Ed, Joseph, Mary Ann, Alice, Patrick, Kevin and Tim. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tom was a proud Irish man with a heart of gold. He loved his family, classic cars, Notre Dame Football, and being a member of the Fairlane Eagles.

Memorial Gathering for Tom will be Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home.
