Thomas D. Hammerschmidt Age 84
Beloved husband of Geri. Dear father of Tom Jr. (Pam), Richard, Sharon, Janet (Dan) Cook and D.J. Grandfather of Kathleen, Jeff and Emily. Brother of Jack, Peggy, Phyllis (Don) Scheff, Jerry (Cindy), Nancy Rice and the late Billy, Pat DeYonker, Richard, and Bob.
Visitation Thursday 2-8pm with 7 pm evening Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill). In state Friday 10am followed by the 10:30am Mass at St. Sabina Catholic Church, 25605 Ann Arbor Trail (between Inkster & Telegraph).
Family suggests memorials to the Special Olympics of Michigan.
