Dear brother of Sister Nuala Kennedy, Noreen Byrne and Caroline Kennedy. He was preceded in death by his sisters Anita Grogan, Mairin Kiernan and Aideen Gavin. He is the loving uncle of John, Jeannie, Lorcan, Peter, Timothy, Giliosa, Colm, Annette, Caroline, Paddy, Noel, Dermot, John, Niall, Miriam, Brian, Cristin, Ita, Josie, Senan, Padraig, Maura, Kevin, Eileen and the late Shelia. He is remembered as a loved teacher and coach for many years at Bishop Borgess High School in Redford. He was also an active member in the Gaelic Athletic Association.
