Vincenzo Gigliotti  Age 79 passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. True to his nature, Vincenzo defied all odds of his initial prognosis and showed  his strong will to the very end. Beloved husband of JoAnn for 53 years. Loving father of Salvatore (Jennifer), and Luigi. Dear Brother of Maria (Nardino) Aiello, Antonio (Rita) Gigliotti, Constanza (the late Giovanni) Basile, Angelo (Livia) Gigliotti, Elisa (Giovanni) Mazzei, Rosanna (the late Giovanni) Spina, Giuseppe (Maria Rosa) Gigliotti. Dear brother-in-law of Joseph Ventura and Anthony (Tammy) Ventura. Preceded in death by his parents Luigi and Maria Giuseppe Gigliotti. Also survived by his wonderful nieces, nephews and many extended family members.

Born in San Giovanni in Fiore, Italy on July 19, 1946. He spent his early years working abroad in Switzerland, France and Canada. He met the love of his life, Jo Ann (Giovanna), in November of 1968 and moved to the United States four years later. Known for his resourcefulness, he could "McGyver" just about anything. He loved nature, hunting, fishing, and gardening but always said the most important job he had was raising his family. A quiet man, a man of few words. Vincenzo valued time with his family above all else. His greatest happiness came from being with the people he loved. He was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation Thursday 2 pm – 8 pm with an evening Scripture Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home. In state Friday 9:30 am until the 10 am Funeal Mass at Church of the Divine Child.
