It is with saddened hearts that the Barrette family announces the passing of their dear mother Violet Barrette on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the age of 96. Reunited with her beloved husband Ferdinand of 74 years, and their sons Gregory and Kenneth. Mother to Larry and Cindy. Grandmother to 9 grandchildren and Great grandma to fifteen.

Instate 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 3965 Merrick Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 12:00 Noon. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, 18303 Allen Road, Brownstown Township, Michigan 48193.
