Viorica Magda (88), of Boca Raton, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 5th, 2019.

Born on May 23 ^rd , 1931 in Ecka, Serbia to Ion and Sofia Ghilezan, Viorica married her school sweetheart, Badia Magda, and they recently celebrated 72 years of marriage.  In 1969 they came to America where she worked for 21 years as an assembler for the Ford Motor Company.

In addition to the love she shared for her family, Viorica was very faithful to her church where she volunteered whenever she could, using her talents as a baker and chef.

Viorica is survived by her husband Badia Magda, son George Magda and his wife Eva, daughter Luminita Nikodin and her husband Viorel, brother Titus Ghilezan and his wife Anuta, grandsons Badja Magda, Josim Magda and his wife Daniela, Michael Nikodin, Maxim Nikodin, and great-grandchildren George and Anastasia and several nieces and nephews.

A Public Visitation and Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, December 8 ^th, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 with a Saracusta service by,The Rev. Dr. Silvius Sfera, at 7:00 PM  at the Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Chapel located at 6400, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
