Beloved husband of Lisa. Dear dad of David Michael ( Marcie), Amy, Nicole McManman, and Joe (Chelsea Dobos) Kalski. Cherished papa of Gwendolyn, Hayden, Brooke, and Cora. Dear brother of Gary, Sally (Michael) Miller, Debbie (John) Martin and Richard. He was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Gwen. David was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family members, friends, and especially his beloved dog, Duke.
